Intl Drug & Human Trafficking Victims Assc. of America (IDHTVAA)

http://www.facebook.com/home.php#!/pages/Intl-Drug-Human-Trafficking-Victims-Assc-of-America-IDHTVAA/102566856480504

The current controversy involves whether the city’s Police Department should investigate others who might have been involved in the crimes, and whether the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office asked the department not to.... (Now, there are more concerns and/or including questions about other homicide cases, human trafficking and narcotic related deaths not being investigated?)

Circuit Judge Ruling – Denies SOBS Constitutional Equal Protection!

The Judge stated, on April 27, that, “Further, there is a rational basis for the City of Lincoln Park to enforce its ordinance against Bada Bing! employees and independent contractors and not against employees and independent contractors at the Hustler Club,” Jackson wrote in his decision that was just recently released.

If you own a Club that does not have a liquor license, then all your employees including independent contractors are required to get a background check, register, verify ID and obtain a license, according to Judge Thomas Jackson. NO Liquor License means that yes, a SOB Employee/IC background check, license and ID (Is required).

However, If you own a Club that has a liquor license, your employees including independent contractors do not need or is required to have any background check, licensing, registration or ID verification, according to Judge Thomas Jackson.  Having the Liquor License means that no, a SOB Employee/IC background check, license or ID (Is not required).  Let me repeat that again!

1.    NO Liquor License means that yes, a SOB Employee/IC background check, license and ID (Is required).

2.    Having the Liquor License means that no, a SOB Employee/IC background check, license or ID (Is not required).

No matter how many times I have read this, wrote it or repeated it to myself and/or others, we still cannot make any sense out of this ruling without thinking about the consequences or its negative impact as a legal precedent.

AG Holder admits links between porn and trafficking, child porn, violence against women

Uploaded by PornHarms on May 3, 2011

www.Waronillegalpornography.com In a hearing before the House Judiciary Committee, who has oversight responsibility for the Department of Justice, Rep. Forbes (R-VA) asks Attorney General Eric Holder why the DOJ why all prosecutions of illegal adult obscenity has stopped. Holder admits there's a link between pornography and increased sex trafficking, child porn, violence against women and maybe sexual violence. He seems flustered when confronted with questions then about why they are doing nothing.

Date: May 3, 2011

This is in follow up to a letter sent April 4, 2011 from over 100 members of Congress demanding AG Holder prosecute obscenity crimes, which includes most available hardcore adult pornography.

Most human trafficking related to prostitution

More than 80 percent of the 2,515 suspected incidents of human trafficking investigated by law enforcement agencies between January 2008 and June 2010 involved adult prostitution or the exploitation and forced prostitution of children, a Justice Department report released Thursday says.

The report, written by the department's Bureau of Justice Statistics (BJS), says 48 percent of the investigated incidents involved adults, while 40 percent uncovered the exploitation or forced prostitution of children. The remainder, about 350 cases, involved allegations of labor trafficking, in which people were being forced against their will into performing labor — including forced begging and roadside sales, along with work at hair salons, hotels and bars.

Any commercial sex act performed by a person under age 18 is considered human trafficking, regardless of whether force, fraud or coercion is involved, the report said.
Earlier this year, Attorney General Eric H. Holder, Jr., announced the formation of a presidential task force on human trafficking involving a new collaboration by the Departments of Justice, Homeland Security and Labor. Calling human trafficking a "modern-day slavery," he said it was "an affront to human dignity," adding that men, women and children were being exploited for sex and labor in "virtually every corner of our nation."

I really would like to see this post, reposted, repeated and shared by everyone who visits my wall or finds this on his or her wall... I will indeed keep this at the top of my list each and every day until I know that everybody understands that, "more than four-fifths of the confirmed victims of sex trafficking - about 83 percent – were (are indeed) U.S. citizens,..." is a fact.

Guns, Sex Trafficking & Drugs (GSTDs)

The Secondary Negative Effects of GSTDs in a world-wide-web of social demise; corporate, political and workplace degradation is destroying our country from within.

We grew-up thinking that we are/were, “One Nation, Under God, Indivisible, with Liberty and Justice for All”; however, today we are thinking that the American Dream was just that, a dream, and now we are waking-up to or the reality of a nightmare.

We must work together and without exception, we must provide for the safety, health and welfare of our family, friends, neighbors, all others and co-workers too.  There should be no question or doubt in your mind that GSTDs are indeed the three most profitable criminal activities or enterprises anywhere in the world.

Therefore, that being true and as agreed upon as a practical matter, we would like to recommend or suggest that you and yours support nationwide legislation that would indeed E-Verify all American Workers without exception.  At the very least, this is one way to know with whom you are working with or having had employed as far as they are and/or were in-fact legally documented and verified for employment.

Moreover and in addition to this we further recommend that, anyone convicted of violating laws, rules and/or regulations regarding GSTDs must, shall and/or would be, by enacting a national public policy, strictly prohibited from working, engaging in any activities by either association with or a patron of adult entertainment establishments.  In other words, by the nature of the crime(s) committed and a conviction thereof ought to bar certain rights or opportunities to continue said same illegal activities.

Pursuant to and whereas we hereby and herein respectfully request your due and diligent consideration to work together with us to endorse and enact E-Verification of all American Workers without exception and to stop and/or help limit all the Secondary Negative Effects of GSTDs as we are indeed, “One Nation, Under God, Indivisible, with Liberty and Justice for All”.

I really would like to see this post, reposted, repeated and shared by everyone who visits my wall or finds this on his or her wall... I will indeed keep this at the top of my list each and every day until I know that everybody understands that what is, the U.S. Attorney General Eric H. Holder said, "more than four-fifths of the confirmed victims of sex trafficking - about 83 percent – were (are indeed) U.S. citizens,..." is a fact.
