10 U.S. Legislative Bills for Your Due Consideration and Support
To prohibit entities from using Federal funds to contribute to political campaigns or participate in lobbying activities.
To amend the National Child Protection Act of 1993 to establish a permanent background check system.
To amend the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993 and title 5, United States Code, to allow employees to take, as additional leave, parental involvement leave to participate in or attend their children's and grandchildren's educational and extracurricular activities, and to clarify that leave may be taken for routine family medical needs and to assist elderly relatives, and for other purposes.
To amend the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 to expand coverage under the Act, to increase protections for whistleblowers, to increase penalties for high gravity violations, to adjust penalties for inflation, to provide rights for victims or their family members, and for other purposes.
To ensure that sex offenders and sexually violent predators are not eligible for parole.
To amend the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 (8 U.S.C. 1324a note) to make the E-Verify Program permanent and mandatory, and to provide for certain changes to procedures for participants in the Program.
To make the E-verify program permanent, and to provide for penalties to enforce compliance with the program, and for other purposes.
To expand the Safe Streets Program, to establish a National Gang Activity Database, and for other purposes.
A bill to provide United States assistance for the purpose of eradicating severe forms of trafficking in children in eligible countries through the implementation of Child Protection Compacts, and for other purposes.
A bill to establish a grant program to benefit victims of sex trafficking, and for other purposes.
