Subject: RE: Hon. Rep. John Conyers Jr., Judical Comm Review
Greetings Jane Mackey and Katie Gorno:
Please find attached herewith 26 pages in 4 pdf format files for Representative
Conyers review and consideration.
As you know, last year we had H.R. 5575: Domestic Minor Sex Trafficking
Deterrence and Victims Support Act of 2010; however, it did not make the
President's desk for his signature and/or enactment into law.
The Senate has reintroduced the bill as S. 596 and the House has yet to
reintroduce their version, therefore, I do and herein respectfully request
further review and due diligent consideration for the purpose of fast-tracking
said same if possible.
I have also attached the Sexually Oriented Business purposed bill from the State
of Texas for review and consideration as well and with all due respect regarding
possible federal enactment of regulations nationwide.
